Breakfast Banana Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups low fat milk
  • 2 medium bananas
  • ½ cup untoasted muesli
  • 1g ground cinnamon

Method:

  1. Peel and chop banana
  2. Place milk, cinnamon, muesli and banana in blender in that order
  3. Mix & Go: Blend for 15-30 seconds or until smooth and well combined

Serves 1-2
