Breakfast Banana Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups low fat milk
  • 2 medium bananas
  • ½ cup untoasted muesli
  • 1g ground cinnamon

Method:

  1. Peel and chop banana
  2. Place milk, cinnamon, muesli and banana in blender in that order
  3. Mix & Go: Blend for 15-30 seconds or until smooth and well combined

Serves 1-2

 

Orange Mango Tango


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla flavoured yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh mango

Method:

  1. Use manual speeds 1 – 2 until you reach the desired consistency 

 

Tropical Tango Smoothie


Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a ripe banana
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 strawberries

Method:

  1. Peel and chop banana
  2. Place coconut water, strawberries, banana, and frozen raspberries in blender in that order
  3. Mix & Go: Blend for 15-30 seconds or until smooth and well combined

Serves 2-4

 

Recommended Protein Shake Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 480 ml of milk or water
  • 50 g of protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Add milk or water into SuppMix cup.
  2. Add powder into SuppMix cup.
  3. Mix for 15 seconds or until mixed to your preferred consistency
